Water Fee Schedule: The River Meadows Improvement District charges a base fee $35/month which purchases up to 10,000 gallons/month of usage for your home. For those customers that exceed 10,000 gallons/month, there is an additional fee based upon total consumption. Homes that exceed 10,000 gallons/month are charged at a rate of $1 per 1,000 gallons of overage.
