Board Meetings are held of the first Saturday of every month. While the meeting is not officially "closed" we ask that you only attend if you have timely, relevant business to discuss, due to Covid restrictions. You may always submit a topic, comment, or question to the HOA office to be shared at the meeting.

The Annual Meeting was cancelled in 2020 due to Covid restrictions. It is the sincere hope that we will be able to hold this event in 2021. Features include reports on the community, Financial reports, relevant information for all River Meadows owners. The event (historically) has been capped off with a community BBQ. Again, Covid restrictions will determine if this is possible.
